GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESERVATION

The moment a customer books the apartment Furnished to the Tourism House Marcella, implicitly accepts our terms of contract and claims to have seen and accepted the description of considering the same suits your needs.
The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the client nor for Casa Marcella.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Casa Marcella, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Casa Marcella sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
If a deposit is required signatory to, the client must send it within the timeframe specified by the direction of Casa Marcella order that the options and confirmed the booking is definitely removed.
At which point Casa Marcella promises to send the client e-mail confirmation, which will be finalized with the contract between the parties.
All reservations must be confirmed by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for Casa Marcella only upon receipt of payment of the deposit. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the entire stay. When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email that you will need to present at check-in at our property. This deposit must be paid within 7 (seven) days from the confirmation of availability. After that date, your reservation request will be canceled and the apartment will be available to other customers.
The payment of the remaining share of the money will be paid in cash on the day of arrival in the structure ... (excluding the deposit paid at time of booking). We do not accept credit cards, checks or other payment methods.
Inform you that upon arrival each guest will have to show, necessarily, its own identity document valid.
Arrival (check-in):
- From 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
The Customer must inform the property by e-mail or by telephone, the estimated time of arrival to ensure the best service and our presence on arrival.
For late arrivals, beyond the 5.30 pm and not communicated to the structure, it will not be guaranteed the presence of staff and may incur an additional cost on the price.
- Starting at 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, in the case of late check-out (the time necessary to enable the preparation to the best of structure).
Departures (check-out):
The day of departure the Check-Out must be at 10:00 am, in order not to inconvenience the next guests. Any significant delay will be required the cost of an additional night.
Animals:
We love animals but unfortunately in the structure are not allowed.
Additional costs:
In  General there aren't additional costs, so the price quoted relates to the use of the whole structure and all the services connected with it, nevertheless compared to the provisions in previous section extraordinary costs could be counted at the end of the stay.
Renter's responsibility:
Lessee is responsible for the entire period of stay, of the structure and its contents, and services connected with it, any damage must be reported to the landlord and compensated. Theft and / or intentional damage will be immediately reported to the competent authority.
The owner / landlord does not assume responsibility for accidents to persons or property arising from fraudulent or involuntary..

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Cancellation fees apply to deposit:
- Cancellation at least 30 days' notice: no charge; House Marcella refund the amount paid by holding 30 euro as the practical application fees
- 50% from 30 to 7 days prior to arrival;
- 100% from 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure.

The remaining portion of the price of the stay without the deposit, must be paid in cash upon arrival at our property.
